Karolee Zawislak and Larry Zawislak are both graduates of Osgoode Hall Law School, a law school considered to be the "Harvard of Canada". Karolee Zawislak graduated in 1984 and Larry Zawislak in 1985.

After graduation, Karolee articled at Balfour Moss, in Regina. She remained at Balfour Moss as a lawyer after completing her articles thereafter moving to the Stewart Law Office as a lawyer. She left the Stewart Law Office to take a position as a staff lawyer in the legal department of Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI), where she worked for many years, specializing in Personal Injury and other insurance claims. She remained at Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) until 1992.

After graduation, Larry Zawislak articled at the Neill Law Office in Regina, thereafter taking a position as a lawyer at the Tulloch Law Office. He was asked to become a partner after only a short period of time at the bar. The firm name changed over time, first to Tulloch & Zawislak and then to Tulloch, Tulloch & Zawislak. He remained at this law firm in the position of lawyer and partner until 1992.

In 1992 the Zawislaks decided to pursue their dream of practicing together, leaving their positions to form Zawislak & Zawislak, which opened on June 1, 1992. They have proudly practised together ever since.

The Zawislaks are members in good standing of the Saskatchewan and Alberta Bars and practice actively throughout each province.

The Zawislaks are also members in good standing of the Canadian Bar Association. Karolee Zawislak has been recognized for her expertise in Personal Injury and is sought out for opinions by newspapers and television regarding Personal Injury matters. She has also sat on a Law Society committee dealing with Personal Injury.

The Zawislaks have always been very busy lawyers and have a wide range of experience. They pride themselves on being both very approachable while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. They both have extensive experience with respect to court Matters and Hearings and each has appeared in the Court of Appeal.
